From Decision to Success: Navigating the VetSnap Integration Journey
Hi, I’m Lacy, a proud member of the VetSnap Customer Success Team. In this blog post, I’m thrilled to share with you the seamless journey that awaits your hospital once you decide to join VetSnap. Our goal is to make the integration process as effortless as possible for you.
Once you’ve made the exciting decision to move forward with VetSnap and provided us with the necessary integration details, our dedicated team of 10 experienced veterinary professionals will step in. With years of field expertise, including onboarding nearly 700 hospitals to VetSnap for now, we understand the challenges that arise with controlled drug logging and are here to support you every step of the way.
Depending on your practice management system (PIMS), you may need to sign an integration waiver. Rest assured, VetSnap will collaborate with the PIMS vendor to initiate the integration process. Once everything is ready, we’ll provide you with a convenient link to book a training and configuration meeting with one of our knowledgeable team members.
During the training configuration session, we’ll thoroughly explore your hospital’s log settings, ensuring you feel confident in navigating and utilizing VetSnap. We’ll equip you with essential tools, how-to videos, and a comprehensive checklist to train the rest of your staff when it’s time to go live. Our integration process is straightforward, and we’re available to assist you at any stage to guarantee a smooth experience.
We totally get that embracing new software can feel a bit overwhelming. Based on our extensive experience, we’ve noticed that tech-savvy peeps find it quite simple, while others might need a little extra time to get the hang of things. However, we always take our time to ensure everyone understands what we’re covering. Patience and understanding are our secret weapons when it comes to helping folks who aren’t exactly tech wizards. Our training videos and recorded live training sessions are helpful tools that can be referred back to whenever needed.
